Manners Still Count

And I've searched and searched for another article that I wanted to reference here.  But can't find it.  I love that others are articulate and can express so well the thoughts that I can't.

I love that others think that manners still count, that a thank you is always appropriate.  That a personal handwritten / hand addressed / hand signed note is important.  That the connection with another is valuable enough to make a priority.
