I'm in a bit of a rush, gotta get to yoga, I've missed so many classes lately and my body is saying, please, please don't miss again. But I came across this article and loved it. If all of this is from her book, and I'm sure I read it, I was glad to have a bit of a refresher. I'm definitely in the camp of wanting to end up with our Heavenly Father after this life. And I'm cognizant of the many ways that Satan is running rampant all over the world trampling on good, deceiving innocents and subverting well meaning people. I was glad to read this in my brief few minutes this morning.
Maybe I'll have a minute later one to add to this post. Hopefully, I'll find a good picture, too. But for now I've got to find some shoes, a jacket, my mat and hurry or the class will be too full for me in my little spot.
