Pretty green and blooming tree
And I think life is going to remain weird for some time. There are people walking around with common sense and others that are just acting stupid. This social distancing thing is hard. And I'm not even a social person (prefer small groups anyway and generally am more comfortable on my own). But seriously, it works to help with this corona virus. It really does. I'm mentally fussing that we'll soon be put on a stay-at-home order. I'm managing ok staying at home a lot, but if I can't get outside at all, that could be trouble.

Yum, the best ones yet from Crumbl
And we've been doing our part. Not going out much - except my morning walks on the trail. Staying away from everyone as much as we can. Yesterday we did have to go out to sign the updated wills / trusts, etc. It was the first time we've been out and about since last Wednesday. Except for the trail. Haven't been to a grocery or got gas or anything. We did stop at a store after the will signing. And treated ourselves to a Crumbl cookie. I've used cash for everything like that for decades. It's taking some getting used to (and however will I manage to keep track of our $$) using a bank card for everything. No one wants to take cash anymore.
We went for a long walk Sunday afternoon. Came upon a family party. They were all out on the front lawn, stretched in a big circle of people with the parents (people our age) a bit apart from the rest. Eating birthday cake to celebrate the birthdays of the parents as best they can in this current situation. I loved seeing that. Also loved seeing the deer over by the park.

Love this gift.
And I've tried to keep track of people that concern me: those two sisters that I am ministering sister to, a couple widow friends who live alone, a friend who is already struggling with some life challenges. Texting has taken up a bit of time. But I'm so grateful we can do it. I've even shared some texts with a couple granddaughters, I love that they interact to me. Like others, I thrive on interaction, too.

Our beautiful morning sky.
We've had some incredibly beautiful sunsets and sunrises. My morning walks have me walking with my phone in my hand so I'm not constantly fishing it out of my pocket to take all those pictures that I'm always taking.
I'm grateful for a gift of circus peanuts - they're one of the few non-chocolate treats I truly love. I'm grateful for a good supply of ginger for my testy tummy. I think I worry too much.😬
