S.T.O.P.

A yoga meditation from last week:  STOP.

S.   Just stop.  Don't move.

T.   Take a breath.  Rejuvenate those brain cells and emotion centers. Breathe, and breathe again.

O.   Observe.  Take a gander at what's going on, what's causing anxiety,  what's visible and not visible.  Just look.

P.    Proceed.  When it's safe.  Go ahead.  With whatever action is appropriate after taking a beat.  Proceed carefully, thoughtfully, safely, with wisdom.  

So many irises.  💖
And the picture:  this was a fraction of the irises in that yard.  It's generally an explosion of flowers in that yard we walk past.  This year, not so many, as it seems is the overall trend.  Still, I love them.
